Governor’s Budget Falls Short of Addressing California’s Drinking Water Crisis
Today, Governor Jerry Brown released the May Revision to his proposed 2016-17 state budget, which included an increase of $5.5 million to address California’s safe drinking water crisis.
RCAC Loan Fund supports more than $28 million in financing to rural communities
In the quarter ending March 31, 2016, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) closed 16 loans totaling more than $28 million to assist rural communities in Alaska, California, Hawaii and Washington. The largest loan will help finance Kunia Village, located in rural Honolulu County on Oahu.

BIG Day of Giving is an online networking and giving event that provides nonprofit organizations such as RCAC with the opportunity to gain exposure and start relationships with new donors, and for the people in the Sacramento region and beyond to come together to raise as much money as possible for participating organizations within a 24-hour period.
