The new Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR), effective April 2016, affects every public water system. And, while the RTCR is a complex regulation, the actual execution of the rule can be broken down into three simple steps: plan, monitor and respond.  This training will be broken down into three basic modules: planning, monitoring and responding to results.
