Anjali Sheth is RCAC’s new controller
West Sacramento, Calif. — Anjali Sheth is Rural Community Assistance Corporation’s (RCAC) new controller. Sheth prepares and revises the corporate budget and reports, coordinates treasury functions, and supports the Chief Financial Officer with grant and contract management. She also manages RCAC’s investment portfolio, reviews financial contract and grant requirements and oversees Finance Department activities.

U.S. Supreme Court to consider groundwater contamination with respect to Clean Water Act
The U.S. Clean Water Act, which Congress passed nearly a half-century ago, prohibits pollution in navigable bodies of water, but now the Supreme Court justices will examine whether indirect contamination—specifically in groundwater—is in violation of the landmark legislation.
