RCAC’s Loan Fund is a financial resource for rural communities. The Loan Fund fills financing gaps and serves in unconventional markets. We offer loans for affordable housing development, environmental infrastructure, community facilities and small businesses in rural locations.

RCAC worked with Chicanos Por La Causa to diversify affordable housing opportunities for low- and very low-income families.
RCAC provided technical assistance and loan funds to maintain an affordable housing program.
RCAC developed a required plan and conducted a Median Household Income Survey at the USDA’s request.
RCAC receives funding from EPA Region 9 to provide on-site training and technical assistance to Native water operators in Arizona and California so that they can ensure the quality of drinking water in their communities.
